- Right of withdrawal
In accordance with our refund policy, users who subscribe to a subscription on algocrypto.org have a period of 7 days from the date of subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund. - Performance guarantee
If our trading algorithm does not make a profit during a period of 90 consecutive days from the date of subscription to the subscription, we undertake to fully refund the amount of the subscription paid by the user. To request a refund in this case, the user must contact us at [support@algocrypto.app] or via the contact form available on our site and provide the necessary information to verify the period of non-profitability.
- Conditions for requesting a refund
To be eligible for a refund, the user must meet the following conditions:
- The refund request must be made within the deadlines mentioned above (7 days for the right of withdrawal and 90 days for the performance guarantee).
- The user must provide accurate and verifiable information to justify their refund request.
- Processing of refund requests
Upon receipt of a refund request, we undertake to review the request and respond to the user within a reasonable time. If the refund request is approved, we will refund the amount of the subscription paid by the user using the same payment method used when subscribing to the subscription, unless otherwise agreed with the user.
- Modification of the refund policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The modifications will take effect upon publication on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after the publication of the modifications, you agree to be bound by the modified refund policy.
- Refund fees
When a refund is made, we withhold a processing fee of $5 (five dollars) to cover administrative costs related to the refund. These fees will be deducted from the amount refunded to the user. For example, if the user paid $100 for their subscription and requests a refund, they will receive a refund of $95 (one hundred dollars minus the $5 processing fee).

Which subscription plan to choose ?
We offer three different subscriptions. The premium plan will best suit people who only focus on cryptocurrencies with much capitalization. It will also suit people who want to optimize their investment so that the media or any other external element do not influence them. The Professional and Full Access plans are for people with experience with leveraged trading. These plans are for people who want to trade weekly to grow their portfolio efficiently.
Can I stop my subscription whenever I want ?
Yes, you can stop your subscription anytime; nothing could be more straightforward: Log in to your account, go to the "Subscription" tab, click on the three dots and select "Stop subscription".
How can I purchase an AlgoCrypto subscription ?
To subscribe, go to "Pricing" and choose the plan that suits you best. Once you have selected a plan, click "Subscribe," and you will be redirected to a payment page where you can pay by Stripe or PayPal. You will then receive access to our "AlgoCrypto Manager Bot" you will need to send your email address to identify yourself, and you will then receive access to your premium channel!
How the billing cycle works ?
We offer three types of subscriptions. The first is "Monthly," the second is "Yearly," and the third is available directly on the payment page and is a one-time payment to have "Lifetime" access to the selected channel.
How do the AlgoCrypto signals work ?
You will receive all the valuable information directly on your channel. You will be shown the entry price, the algorithm used, the average duration of the signal, the recommended leverage, etc.
